Coaches
Coach Nate has a passion for helping kids become successful in many athletic arenas. Most recently, he has been involved in officiating swim for USA, YMCA, and Summer Rec League for over 6 years. Prior to swim Nate officiated and coached basketball for both the YMCA as well as Upwards. He enjoys pushing athletes to do their best and finding ways to motivate each individual.
Coach Nate owns his owns his own staffing and consulting company, Kaleo Service Group and creates beautiful wood art in his spare time.
Melanie is essentially our team organizer/communicator/nurse/gopher etc... While she will be needed to assist in running large practices her main goal is serve as the team to parent interface in order to help things run as smoothly as possible. Melanie is an RN of 17+ years and has also worked as a YMCA lifeguard. She is prepared to offer first aide if anyone on the team requires assistance during our time together.
In her spare time, she does old lady crafts, gardening, canning and dabbles in Cricut design and 3D printing.
Coach Melanie spent many years volunteering in the children's ministry through church and hopes to bring some of that fun, energy, and Christ-centered attitude to our team.
