Practices are divided up into pool schedule and dryland/weights. Both are equally as important as we work to improve speed, agility, strength, and endurance.

Pool Practice Schedule
All pool practices will be held at NACS Natatorium located at Carroll High School.
We will have 3 in-water pool practices every week beginning late October through Mid February. Official first day released at a later date.
Monday, Tuesdays, and Fridays 8:45 - 10:15.
Arrive 15 minutes early if you are borrowing equipment. All equipment and swimmers should be poolside at 8:45 to begin promptly.
